Wife to husband, Rancito, of 4 years. Mother of one-year old daughter, Lauren, two mini wiener dogs that I refer to as Farkota, and one big mutt named Champ. This is my way of telling Lauren I have loved her since the day I saw her tiny bean body on the ultrasound screen.

The Miracle of Life

My friend, Julie, took these pictures of Lauren with her camera phone right after Lauren was born. The whole family, I mean WHOLE family, was there. It was the Miller paparazzi. Lauren was so pink, and so beautiful. I'll never forget those plump little lips. The picture of Rance holding her is priceless, almost like she was a grenade about to go off.
