This is what happens when two people try to get two dogs to behave while taking Christmas pictures using a camera timer.
Hello crayonz, "What big thighs you have! Must be from all that running back and forth for the 150 or so takes."
Whazzup Rancito G?
Farley, "Can you control your tongue for one second, so we can get a picture?"
Dakota, "I know you're camera shy, but really, this isn't your best side."
This photo was taken pre-Lauren, about a month or so. I'm so glad that we have her around now. We really needed a good Christmas picture photographer. I think she'll do a great job as soon as we can train her to push the button.

Yesterday I came home as usual and went to the back door to let the dogs in. We've started leaving the miniblinds up on the back door since Lauren found out what a fun toy they make. The dogs were sunbathing near the door, and just as I reached for the door knob...OH NO! There were feathers everywhere, and a pair of legs with feet and no body! I took a couple of horror movie steps backward as if the pooches were going to morph into Hounds of the Dead at any second. Then I closed the blinds. And waited for Rancito to come home. So he could give them a nice apple shampooing. Ew.
