| Oh What a Night |

The best caption for this photo is
a) I want to help blog, Mommy. Which cord do I eat first? b) It's true! Electronic rat's nests do exist. c) I'm so darn cute that it doesn't matter I just shorted out your power strip with baby drool. d) Which one of these will lead me to China? e) My butt ruffles stood up after I stuck my fingers in the smiley face in the wall. f) You should've seen this BEFORE I organized it!
Just a quickie because it's past you-know-who's bedtime. Rancito and I went out to dinner at a very nice restaurant tonight. When you go to the restroom, the music is actually Italian language lessons. Neato.
As we were seated, the waitress brought over a coloring book and four Rose art crayons. Now despite my moniker, I am deathly afraid of crayons in the hands of inexperienced children. Why don't you just go ahead and give Little Orphan Annie an Uzi? It'd be less painful and much quicker.
I think most my fears stem from the time that our twin nephews created scribble artwork all around their home. Neat little scribble two feet off the ground. Yep, I might as well buy stock in Sherwin Williams now.
Since the restaurant wasn't my home, I allowed Lauren to play with the crayons and coloring book. I first showed her how to scribble and color on the paper and then let her have a turn. Four little crayons popped into Lauren's mouth. That's right. Ieatcrayonz Jr. has arrived. Those poor crayons didn't know what hit them. RIP, little buddies. |
