| Cherries Are For Dresses |
Mom, Lauren, and I had a fantastic time at Chad and Michelle's baby shower yesterday. The weather is finally warming up so that Lauren can actually wear dresses now. This is a cute one that she got to wear once and now it's put away for someone else's baby to wear. I would love another girl, but I'm so exhausted right now, I don't even know if I'll live long enough to see my next birthday. It's next Friday, by the way.
I spent most of today washing and cutting tags off of 6-9 month clothing. I feel terrible because I only remember some of the gracious gifters. For all I know a Lucky the Leprechaun could have sprinkled some fairy dust on Lauren's closet and the clothes **POOF** appeared. I probably shouldn't have said that. Lucky might get his Irish buddies together and come kick my butt if he knew I called him a fairy. But enough about leprechauns.
My mom and dad are still here. Rance's shop is really going now...after they had to move the whole thing one foot this morning because Rance mismeasured. I'll post some pictures of the shop progression tomorrow, maybe, once the guys are done for the day. I've got electrical training class tomorrow night, so I'll probably be dead after that. I've only got 3 more night classes left, thank God for that. Our tax refund/treadmill is due in tomorrow, so I might be up trying to tinker with that for awhile. Man, this week is going to be rough. Pray for me, Argentina. |
